now includes Washington State
[8 OCTOBER 2023] – As our public beta programme progresses, we are proud to announce that FerryWise is expanding its scope to include not only the entire BC Ferries network (including load factor data where available), but the entire Washington State Department of Transportation’s Ferry System. In doing so FerryWise is poised to be the go-to app for Ferry passengers in the Pacific Northwest in both Canada and the United States of America.
As we have embarked on the development of this app for British Columbia, we have found paths to doing the same for the ferry network in Washington State, and in doing so have created an app that crosses borders. By catering to this wider audience, we hope to make ferry travel across both borders and ferry networks an easier experience and bring the power of knowledge to people across the Pacific Northwest region with passenger load factor reporting.
